By enrolling, you agree to these Terms.
Membership
Stafford Health provides wellness coaching, education, accountability, and health-navigation support. Membership is $89.99/month and automatically renews until canceled.
Included Services
Membership may include direct access to an experienced RN by phone, text, or email; wellness coaching; nutrition, fitness, supplement, sleep, recovery, and metabolic wellness education; general education regarding laboratory results and health information; and assistance navigating wellness and healthcare resources.
Coaching Only
Stafford Health is a wellness coaching and consulting service. Stafford Health does not diagnose, prescribe, treat medical conditions, provide medical care, dispense medications, operate a pharmacy, or replace your licensed healthcare provider.
Direct Access
Members may contact Stafford Health for coaching and navigation support. Messages may be sent at any time, but immediate responses, continuous monitoring, emergency care, and real-time availability are not guaranteed.
Independent Providers
Stafford Health may provide information about independent healthcare resources. Any medical care or other services obtained from independent providers are separate from Stafford Health membership. Independent providers determine eligibility, services, pricing, payment, and their own terms.
Membership Fee
The $89.99 monthly fee covers Stafford Health wellness coaching, education, accountability, and navigation only. It does not include medical care or products or services purchased independently from third parties.
No Guarantee
Results vary. Stafford Health does not guarantee weight loss, improved laboratory results, disease prevention, increased lifespan, improved health, or any specific outcome.
Emergencies
Stafford Health is not an emergency medical service. For a medical emergency, call 911 or seek immediate emergency care.
Billing & Cancellation
You authorize recurring monthly charges of $89.99 until cancellation. You may cancel at any time. Unless required by law, fees already charged are not prorated or refunded.
Privacy
Electronic communications may carry privacy risks. Stafford Health follows its applicable Privacy Policy. Independent providers maintain their own terms and privacy practices.
Not Insurance
Membership is not health insurance. Insurance, HSA, FSA, employer, or other reimbursement is not guaranteed.
By enrolling, you acknowledge that Stafford Health provides wellness coaching and navigation services, not medical diagnosis or treatment, and you agree to these Terms.
